Resources for Undergraduate Students
CUAHSI has several resources that provide undergraduate level students tools for academic learning and development, guidance on continuing education, access to funding and opportunities to develop peer networks and increase collaboration.

Apply to Graduate School
Is Graduate School Right For You?
Making the decision to attend graduate school should not be taken lightly. There are many important factors to consider. We have created a quick guide and user manual for navigating the process on deciding if graduate school is right for you.
Graduate Programs in Water Science
Because many universities do not have specific hydrology departments, it can be difficult for students interested in water science to know where to start. CUAHSI has created a list of graduate programs in water science to help students discover available options.

Research Experience for Undergraduates
Consider applying for a Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program. Undergraduate students will have the opportunity to receive mentorship in a practical learning setting and grow their professional networks. Many programs come with stipends, and cover travel and housing expenses. The National Science Foundation (NSF) has a database of open NSF-funded REU programs. Take a look and see if an REU is the right path for your educational journey!
Funding Opportunities
CUAHSI provides two funding opportunities that support undergraduate students in broadening their research, learning new skills, and promoting water science. Learn more about our Instrumentation Discovery Travel Grant and the Let's Talk About Water grant at the link provided below.

YouTube Playlist
CUAHSI has curated a collection of videos geared towards providing undergraduate students information on various topics including on-line learning, navigating large conferences, skills needed and advice for finding jobs and getting the most out of your education.
